Knee Deep Farm is a small farm tucked right up against the Green Mountains of Vermont just over the notch in Jeffersonville. Their diverse farm grows Certified Organic vegetables, herbs, garlic, and flowers, all of which are staples of the Spruce Peak dining experience each summer. We are excited to welcome back Eliza and her produce as we craft a vegetable-forward menu paired with exciting wines from Gallo.

To partner with the finest syrup producer around was an exciting opportunity to provide our guests with the best maple to enjoy while at Spruce Peak. Runamok produces our signature Spruce Peak maple syrup that you can find in a lot of menu items throughout the community. This intimate maple-infused dinner in the WhistlePig Pavilion allows our team the chance to showcase maple syrup in unique and creative ways.
