For Penthouses and Residences a $125+tax per night Resort Fee is included to your bill which includes access to the following amenities:

Parking Information
One assigned parking spot at your Residence is available and included in your stay.
Valet Parking is available for a fee of $35/night. Limited self-parking is available for an additional fee.
