Oyster farmers are a passionate people. That's why for select Saturdays this winter Tipsy Trout is handing over the reins to our rawbar so you can taste the freshest New England oysters, straight from the ones who know them best.

Enjoy a culinary feast under the stars in the picturesque mountain setting of the Spruce Peak Village Green. Each dinner celebrates a local farm and features four courses of seasonally inspired cuisine exquisitely paired with beverages from our premier producers. All dinners include a beautiful setting, live music, great company and a memorable dining experience.
