Join us by the pool for stretching and mobility movement sequenced to help open your body up before your Stowe adventure begins.

All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities require a reservation by 6pm the day prior unless stated otherwise. Limited day-of reservations may be available. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee.
Please note that outdoor classes may be moved indoors or canceled at the instructor's discretion due to inclement weather or extreme temperatures.
