This late afternoon mellow movement and stretch class will help you unwind and let go. Whether your day consisted of outdoor activities or traveling, this practice will help your system refresh and release tension.

All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities require a reservation by 6pm the day prior unless stated otherwise. Limited day-of reservations may be available. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee. Weather dependent.
